Greene King

Greene King is a pub retailer and brewer based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, England. In 2015 they had over 3,100 pubs which meant they were the largest managed pub group in the UK.[1]
The brewery was founded in 1799 by Benjamin Greene which merged with Frederick William King's brewing business in 1887 to create Greene King.[2]
John Barras was part of Spirit Pub Company (Punch) which was acquired by Greene King in 2015.
