The Bankruptcy Act, 1869.
In the County Court of Yorkshire, holden at Bradford.
In the Matter of a Special Resolution for Liquidation by Arrangement of the affairs of William Wainman Holmes, residing at Batley House, Baildon, in the parish of Otley, in the county of York, and Thomas Wainman Holmes, residing at 8, Rushcroft-terrace, Baildon aforesaid, carrying on business together in copartnership, as Worsted Spinners and Stuff Manufacturers, at Providence Mills, Baildon aforesaid, and at 29, Booth-street, Bradford, in the said county, under the style or firm of T. and W. W. Holmes.
THE creditors of the above-named William Wainman Holmes and Thomas Wainman Holmes, who have not already proved their debts, are required, on or before the 11th day of October, 1884, to send their names and addresses, and the particulars of their debts or claims to the undersigned, James Clough Wright, Chartered Accountant, Ivegate-chambers, Bradford aforesaid, one of the Trustees under the liquidation, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of the Dividend proposed to be declared.
